IMPAG Group acquires the Swiss FALCONE Specialities AG as of 1.1.2022

With this acquisition IMPAG is expanding its Chemicals and Nutrition and Health Business. 

The acquisition of FALCONE Specialities will further strengthen IMPAG in the Swiss market as well as cross national within IMPAG Group and support our development and expansion. The product portfolios of the Life Science (Nutrition & Health) and Material Science (Performance Chemicals) businesses will complement each other and further strengthen the market position within the respective segments.
