IMPAG Group expands business with the acquisition of INNOVAFOOD

The  IMPAG Group, with headquarters in Zurich and companies in Switzerland, Germany, France, Poland and Austria, specializes in the distribution of raw materials and semi-finished products for the processing sector.

The acquisition of INNOVAFOOD, a Spain-based trade company of natural food ingredients, marks another milestone in more than 100 years of the company’s history. The incorporation took effect on April 15th, 2021.

The decision to expand into the Spanish market is a further strategic step to ensure a long-term consolidation and further development of the IMPAG Group. ”Our shared values, the way we operate in the market and the innovative strength of the IMPAG Group, but above all the trust in INNOVAFOOD as a reliable partner have convinced us to take this promising step.” says Remo Bernardi, CEO of the IMPAG Group.
