That is why our supply partner EMSLAND-STÄRKE GmbH has developed a new variant of the already highly popular pea protein isolate EMPRO®, namely the soluble EMPRO® E86 F30. Thanks to the optimized taste and particle size, it has a very pleasant mouthfeel with a neutral taste profile.

The pea protein isolate is especially suitable for protein enrichment of products such as instant powders, RTD beverages, puddings, and ice creams.

The peas for the EMPRO® variants are grown locally and sustainably in crop rotation with potatoes. Being grown in Germany, there are no long transportation routes, and that in turn results in a lower carbon footprint.
