Our partner Partner Tate & Lyle has once again expanded its successful range of Clean-Label starches with its tapioca-based Claria Bliss.

Claria Bliss delivers very smooth and creamy textures. Products made with it have a more neutral flavour and lighter colour than competing products. Claria Bliss is furthermore stable against heating and shear.
Tapioca starches modified with Claria Bliss can be used in a multitude of applications, for example desserts, fillings, soups, and sauces.

Claria Bliss creates high viscosities and exciting textures in dairy products, for example. Alternatively, the starches can be made to form a soft gel, as is desirable for producing puddings and flans.

You can find more information about Claria Bliss in the flyer.

You can find more information about the existing Claria product line based on waxy corn here (Flyer in German only). Please contact us for additional information in English.
